A few thoughts on the election
The immorality of neither Ms. Harris nor Mr. Trump has not persuaded me to want to vote for either of them.
A system that produces 2 candidates to be elected Supreme Ruler of the Universe is a flawed system.
Point 2 is worded in the most polite terms possible.
The idea that voting is “my sacred duty” is ridiculous. People who say that don’t understand the the meaning of the word “sacred”.
EVERY election is “the most important election of our lifetimes.” What makes this one any different?
If the results of this election begin a chain of events which lead to a breakup of the United States as we know it, that would not be a bad thing.
The founders of the U.S. never intended for a person of my skills and abilities to have a say in who should be the leader of the Executive Branch of the federal government.
Increasing the quantity of anything lessens its value. The same principle is true of how many votes are cast in any election.
The problems facing the United States are too big for one person to solve. Focus instead on being a better person, and solving your own problems.
Your neighbor who votes differently from you is still your neighbor, and as such is worthy of your respect.
